The milk in the milk container is too hot.
If the milk used is above 10 °C, the milk froth results will be inadequate.
Cool your milk in the refrigerator until it is below 10 °C.

Milk froth not hot or too runny
The milk froth is not hot enough or is too runny.
The central spout and milk container lid have not been cleaned properly or have been fitted incorrectly.
Clean and fit the central spout and milk container lid as described in the operating instructions.
The elbow connector in the milk pipework has not been replaced yet. The milk pipework is soiled.
Replace the old elbow connector with the elbow connector supplied. Proceed as follows:
Open the appliance door.
Open the maintenance panel on the back of the appliance door, see Fig. 2.
Pull off the old elbow connector, see Fig. 1 (3).
Detach the tubes, see Fig. 1 (1) and (2).
Clean the milk pipework. Proceed as follows:
Insert the supplied brush into the two tubes detached in the previous step.
Move the brush back and forth as far as possible until all soiling has been removed.
Slide the cleaned tubes onto the supplied elbow connector, see Fig. 1 (1) and (2).
Insert the supplied elbow connector, see Fig. 1 (3).
The tubes must fit firmly on the elbow connector and form a tight seal.
Refit the maintenance panel, see Fig. 2.
Close the appliance door.
