The cup rim sensor (rocker) on the central spout is not actuated while coffee is being dispensed.
The coffee machine automatically interrupts the drink preparation process after the central spout has moved down completely and the cup rim sensor (rocker) has not been actuated.
Make sure that the cup rim sensor (rocker) can move freely up to the cup rim.
