Good, but could be better.
I called and spoke to an agent and explained my problem. He guided me to the correct replacement part, but I was given misleading guidance about installing the parts. He assured me that installation instructions were included, but there were none. Fortunately there is plenty of guidance on YouTube. The parts are expensive.
