Fault F17 (built-in appliance)

Fault F17 appears on the coffee machine display (built-in appliance).

The fresh water at the water connection (angle valve) is not open.

Check the mains water connection.

Open the mains water connection.

The fresh water inlet hose is kinked.

Undo the kink so that the fresh water can flow though the water inlet hose freely.

The float switch in the water container cannot move freely.

The float switch is located on the side of the water container.

Check whether the float switch moves when you shake the water container.

Clean the water container so that the float switch can move freely.

Consult the operating instructions for further information.
