That you Miele, for making the effort to make such great products
I must say that my recent experience with purchasing my Miele Fridge Freezer, has been. Excellence all round from the showroom in Piccadilly. To the Engineers that delivered and made a great job fitting it. I would like to congratulate Miele, on their wonderful staff, you have reasons to be proud of them, as their dedication, is very rare in today’s world!

Terrible delivery service - took forever to get a delivery slot. Very disappointed in the wait time for the replacement to arrive. I received the wrong information from the customer care.
