Good fridge freezer but freezer drawers design could be improved
Very good fridge freezer. The only thing is the freezer drawers have handles on either side and food package can fall into the gap of these handles and the drawers can be stuck when pulling opened.

That you Miele, for making the effort to make such great products
I must say that my recent experience with purchasing my Miele Fridge Freezer, has been. Excellence all round from the showroom in Piccadilly. To the Engineers that delivered and made a great job fitting it. I would like to congratulate Miele, on their wonderful staff, you have reasons to be proud of them, as their dedication, is very rare in today’s world!

Terrible delivery service - took forever to get a delivery slot. Very disappointed in the wait time for the replacement to arrive. I received the wrong information from the customer care.
