AVOID ordering if ArrowXL are the delivery agents, John Lewis would be my choice in future
We replaced a 12 year old Miele which had developed an electrical fault. `This machine doesn't dry as well as the old, and we're still getting used to the top cutlery tray, which doesn't appear quite as accommodating as the old 'basket' affair in the last one, plus it limits the height of glasses in the second tray. It does clean very well, but doesn't have a rinse only programme - as a couple, this is limiting as we only fill it up every 4 days. The real issue though, was with the sub-contractors Miele use to deliver - what a bunch of uncaring, unprofessional chumps - Arrow XL. They only managed to deliver on the third time of asking, requiring one of us to be away from work twice more than was necessary. Three times they promised to call with a delivery time, three times they arrived well before the stated time, almost as if they were trying to find you not a home so they could press on with the schedule and get home early. I am surprised Miele use this firm as it is doing their otherwise excellent reputation no good at all.
