The main trade‑off is that you’ll need to switch brushes when moving from dry to wet cleaning. There’s also a little extra maintenance involved, but the pads can be washed at 60°C in the washing machine, which helps keep things simple.
To start wet cleaning, you simply attach the wet cleaning brush. The Triflex HX3 recognises it automatically and switches from vacuum mode to wet cleaning mode for you. Instead of adjusting suction power, you choose between three water levels depending on your floor type and how much cleaning is needed. An integrated motor rotates the two pads to help lift stubborn dirt more effectively.
After you’re done, just remove the pads and wash them in the washing machine at 60°C.
