The amount of cashback depends on the number of eligible Miele appliances you purchase together:

• 1 appliance – €75
• 2 appliances – €200
• 3 appliances – €500
• 4 appliances – €700
• 5 appliances – €900
• 6 or more appliances – €1,200

The maximum cashback available is €1,200 per consumer and household for the duration of the promotion.

The promotion is valid on eligible appliances purchased between 1 September and 31 December 2026, inclusive. Delivery of the final appliance must take place no later than 15 January 2027.

Selected Miele major domestic appliances are included across Cooking, Dishwashing, Refrigeration and Laundry. Please check the eligible product list to confirm that your chosen appliance is included in the promotion.

Yes. All eligible appliances included in the same cashback claim must be purchased at the same time, from the same participating retailer and as part of the same order. Appliances purchased under separate orders cannot be combined to calculate your cashback.

You can submit your claim once 30 days have passed following delivery of your final eligible appliance. Claims must be submitted no later than 90 days following delivery of the final eligible appliance.

You will need to provide proof of purchase, evidence of delivery and the information required to verify your eligibility. A copy of your original purchase receipt and a photograph of the appliance serial number must also be provided.

The promotion is available through participating retailers in the Republic of Ireland, including Miele Direct. Please refer to the Terms and Conditions for the full list of participating retailers and exclusions.

Once your claim has been reviewed and approved, you will receive a confirmation email. Your cashback will then be paid by BACS transfer to the bank account details provided with your claim.
