TwinDos dispensing via compartment 1 and/or 2 has not been used for too long a time, 16 programmes. The detergent may dry up in the hoses.
The washing machine has a cleaning programme for cleaning the TwinDos system.
Running the cleaning programme will clean the hoses inside the washing machine.
To clean the system, you need either a TwinDos Care cleaning cartridge or a refill container.
Use TwinDos during one of the next few wash programmes.
Or: carry out the TwinDos maintenance programme.
Turn the programme selector to the Further programmes position. Sportswear will appear on the display.
Press the navigation arrows until the Maintenance menu appears.
Confirm the setting with the OK sensor control.
Press the navigation arrows until the TwinDos maintenance menu appears.

Press the navigation arrows until the compartment you want appears on the display.
Confirm the setting with the OK sensor control. Start maintenance – no will appear on the display.
Press the navigation arrows until Start maintenance – yes appears on the display.
Confirm the setting with the OK sensor control.
