How long does it take to detect the food when using Smart Food ID (SFID)?

It is not possible to quote a specific time for how long the recognition process will take, as the time taken depends on the quality of the internet connection and the quality of the image.

It normally takes 3–5 seconds to complete.

It should be complete after no more than 15 seconds.

If completion is not confirmed by the Cloud after this time, the fault message Unable to identify food being cooked is displayed.
