The window contact switch is defective or its battery is flat.
Change the window contact switch battery.
If changing the battery does not resolve the problem, contact an electrical installation company.

Vapour extraction fan power level 3 not running (KMDA 7633, KMDA 7634, KMDA 7774, KMDA 7774-1)
The selected fan power level is displayed from hob level 3 upwards with vapour extraction. The motor unit of the vapour extraction is not running (KMDA 7633, KMDA 7634, KMDA 7774, KMDA 7774-1).
There is a fault on the motor unit fan.
This is a technical fault that you cannot remedy yourself.
