Smart laundry and gleaming crockery every time

Your professionalism is challenged anew every day. Both in economic decisions as well as in the practical aspects of ensuring top-class hospitality. Uncompromising cleanliness and hygiene are the cornerstones in this. And the prerequisites are naturally that not only the background processes for the reprocessing of glasses and crockery in the kitchen and bar areas run 100% smoothly, but that the processes for your laundry care do too. Miele Professional has earned itself an outstanding reputation in the area of crockery and textile care.
Sparkle with Miele Professional
Offer your guests perfect hospitality with the PG 8058 BRILLIANT from Miele Professional. The glassware and cutlery specialist now comes in a set with a full or partial demineralisation system.
As well as the perfect cleaning of glasses and cutlery which renders manual repolishing unnecessary, the PG 8058 BRILLIANT is especially suited to the cleaning of tableware.
Thanks to a versatile range of applications, this machine is also known as the “Allrounder”.
Unique fresh water system
By changing the water between individual programme stages, the Miele fresh water system guarantees a consistently high cleaning quality throughout the entire period of operation, which no other system can.

Tank through-feed dishwashers by Miele
Perfectly washed crockery and cutlery combined with considerably reduced energy costs: this is possible thanks to the new tank through-feed dishwashers from Miele Professional. Four standard and four additional “eco” versions feature a new cleaning and filtration system and are sparing in their use of resources all along the line – for example through the use of heat recovery for the first time. The machines combine economical energy consumption, short programme cycle times and the best cleaning results.

The four “eco” variants in the PG 8172 range are equipped with an exhaust air heat exchanger. This enables you to save up to an additional 20 per cent in electricity costs. With this savings potential, you can redeem the cost of the “eco” equipment within three years. The “eco” variants ensure that less hot air is lost to the surrounding environment, significantly improving the atmosphere in the room.
Water processing – for perfect wash results
The composition of the water is crucial to the results when cleaning glasses and cutlery. Tap water is generally good quality, however the chemical composition varies.

The hardness components contained in the water such as calcium and magnesium salts can leave unsightly streaks and calcium deposits on glasses and cutlery. For optimum results it is therefore recommended that the water is partially or completely demineralised.

The results are brilliant glasses and spotless cutlery – and all without repolishing!
Partial and complete demineralisation
Partial demineralisation:
With partial demineralisation, the particles that cause calcium deposits are removed. Ion exchange is used to reduce the salt content of the water. The result: almost residue-free wash results.

Complete demineralisation:
With complete demineralisation, all salts and minerals are removed from the water. The salt content of the water is virtually zero. Glasses and cutlery are left residue-free after cleaning. Subsequent polishing is no longer necessary.
