    Convenient drying support

    At the end of the reprocessing programme the machine door opens automatically as soon as the temperature in the wash cabinet has fallen below 70 °C, thanks to the AutoOpen function. This allows residual moisture to escape easily from the wash cabinet and the washed items dry more quickly.

    Seamlessly welded

    The entirely new wash cabinet developed by Miele Professional sets new standards in hygiene. The wash cabinet is seamlessly welded using laser technology and its smooth joints provide no chance for dirt deposit build-up. Thus the adhesion of blood or other stains is prevented. A plus for hygiene is achieved by installing the heating elements outside the wash cabinet.

    For optimum reprocessing results, the rotation speed of the spray arms must always lie in a prescribed interval. Through the contact-free monitoring of all machine and basket spray arms, problems such as the build-up of foam or an obstructing load item can be detected early on. As a result, spray arm monitoring contributes to the reliable reproduction of the validated reprocessing quality.

    A variety of factors, such as a faulty basket connection or an excessive build-up of foam, can lead to a reduction in the wash pressure. Monitoring the wash pressure in the washer-disinfector guarantees optimum process operations, so that the appliance always produces reliable reprocessing results.

    The full-touch control system with colour touch display has set a new benchmark for quick, intuitive machine operation. It also comes with a range of configuration options, adapting the appliance to personal requirements – simply at the touch of a fingertip or with a swipe. All displays are available in 32 different languages.Additionally, large icons make it easier to identify the appliance status, even from far away.

    In addition, a message appears on the display before the canister is empty – for greater process reliability and easy reordering of process chemicals. The clear colour coding of the canisters and suction lances helps to prevent mistakes when replacing canisters. At the same time, the park position offers the option of conveniently placing the lance in a defined position during canister replacement so that no chemicals spill onto the floor.
    Practical and space-saving

    Ideal chamber size with drawer underneath

    All process media are dosed in liquid form; the dispenser pumps required for this are included ex works and warn the user before the canister is completely empty so that replenishments can be ordered in good time. The colour coding of the canister positions and hoses corresponds to the canister colours and prevents mix-ups. Handling is further simplified by the practical push-to-open function of the drawer.

    The drawer for liquid media facilitates a high level of overview, cleanliness and ergonomics. Two or three process chemicals (including rinse aid) can be used depending on the machine model.
