Derry Clarke, Chef and owner of l’Ecrivain, will host  an exclusive  demonstration at Miele on Thursday 15 March 2018.

Derry and l’Ecrivan have been awarded many accolades over the last few years and is also author, columnist, radio broadcaster and more recently featured in RTE’s Lords & Ladles.

Derry will demonstrate a selection of dishes and share with you his ethos of keeping food simple and commitment to the finest of fresh local produce of the highest of quality together with using smaller organic and artisan producers. 

 There will be tastings and recipes handouts for all.
