Paul Flynn, award winning chef, owner of The Tannery Restaurant, Townhouse and Cookery School and author of three cookery books, will host an exclusive cooking demonstration at Miele on Thursday 22 February 1900 – 2100 hrs.

Paul is renowned for cooking modern Irish food and will demonstrate some of his dishes which are known and loved for their deep earthy flavours with hugely exciting tastes, for bringing family and friends together.

There will be tastings and recipe handouts for all.
